Titles placed include a Director of Strategy for LED lasers to supplement autonomous driving cars, Sr. Director Automotive Global Quality, Director of Aftermarket Sales, and three Global Product Marketing Managers.
Flex-N-Gate purchased Ford Motor’s Lighting Division and with that sale they were guaranteed forward business from Ford Motor for several years. This division was a known capable lighting manufacturer, yet they were not a technology player in LED based forward lighting. They knew that they needed to hire a change agent beginning with a Chief Engineer and a team of engineers to lead them to become competitive contender.

Soitec Phoenix Labs
Soitec of Grenoble, France is a leading manufacturer of semiconductors for the solar industry. For four years they have been developing a crack free GaN on Si wafer for the LED industry. They lacked expertise from the LED Materials Science sector to prove out their intellectual property.
Polumaire Menschen was commissioned to build a best in industry team to validate their technology. We placed a Director of Epitaxy and six Materials Scientists. The Vice President of R&D was the driving force to build the team. To ensure that the team was hired inside of 45 days, we conducted biweekly meetings, arranged calls, flights, hotels, supplied thorough references, and assisted in making fair offers that were accepted.
